Music is an expression of personality—it connects, inspires, and creates community. The music workshop at Artcamp 2025 brought together participants from very different musical backgrounds. The aim was to create a common ground on which they could listen, exchange ideas, compose, and perform together.
At the beginning, everyone played together, explored the instruments, and exchanged musical ideas. After a few days, two classical band formations with electric guitar, bass, drums, and keyboards; a producer duo that developed beats with Ableton and the Push 3 controller and rapped on them in Polish and Italian; and another duo that experimented with a loop station and beatboxing.
All of the pieces created were original compositions developed collectively. The groups were accompanied by coaches Gregor, Clara, and Paul, who provided inspiration and supported the musical implementation. At the end, all participants came together for a joint performance of the song Teenage Dirtbag—a lively conclusion to a creative, intensive workshop.
